"Model Apartment Opening"

Future residents were treated to a preview of two 1,500-square-foot apartment homes at a special opening event October 30. They also previewed the community’s public areas, which will eventually include five dining areas, a surround sound theatre, performing arts stage, multipurpose room, shopping promenade, business center, and complete fitness center.

"Old Fashioned Summer Picnic"

Over 400 people attended the Old-Fashioned Summer Picnic on July 11 at The Garlands' very own neighborhood park. Guests listened to a Dixieland band and enjoyed a barbecue lunch catered by Barrington's own Millrose Restaurant.
