The vision for The Garlands is becoming a reality because of so much dedication and hard work. Here's a little more information about the people who are diligently working to make the vision reality.

Barrington Venture, LLC, a partnership of long-time residents and businesses of Barrington, Illinois is developing the Garlands. This partnership includes The Pepper Companies, whose construction division is building the community.

The Garlands' handsome French country architecture was created by the award-winning architect firm Torti Gallas and Partners CHK, Inc. of Silver Spring, Maryland. The firm has been nationally recognized for exceptional design standards for senior living communities. Joe Karr and Associates, the landscape architect, and Torti Gallas are working closely together to build the community around mature trees that have been preserved on the property.
